I don't tend to like the ones that happen all in a day either, but otherwise this sounds great! I really like all these "dad lit" books too LOL! I managed to have started 2012 off slowly but I have this on my held so I will be keeping it mind for an upcoming read!

I can't wait to read this book! I listened to an interview with the author on Blog Talk Radio and he sounds like quite a character.

I had not idea what the book was even about prior to reading your review. It sounds like something I'd like, but those "one day" narratives ARE exhausting!

Great review, Gayle. I had never even heard of this book.
